Mrs. Alma Jean Ester Stewart, a former Palestine resident, died in Houston. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in Pilgrim Rest Baptist with the Rev. J.F. Wade officiating.  Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, June Stewart; five children, Lillie Ree, Gary Lewis, June Ora, Roslyn and Pearlie Jean; her mother, Mrs. Lillie M. Freeman; five brothers and five sisters. The body will be at McCoy Funeral Home until time for services.
